Healixian is committed to ethical AI usage and responsible mental wellness support. Our platform is built with clear guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all users and clinicians.
1. AI is Assistive, Not Diagnostic
Our AI companion, Saathi, and our behavioral analysis tools are designed to provide support and surface insights. They are not intended for medical diagnosis or as a replacement for professional clinical judgment.
2. Emergency Care Disclaimer
Healixian is not an emergency response service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact 988 or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Clinician Responsibility
Clinicians using the Healixian dashboard are responsible for their own professional clinical judgments. Our tools provide additional data points to support their expertise, not to replace it.
4. Community Guidelines
All community members must follow our guidelines for respectful and empathetic communication. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or harmful content within our human and AI wellness spaces.
